The Kelowna Real Estate Market has shifted from a very strong seller's market in 2021 and 2022 to a protracted buyer's market that will likely last through the rest of 2023. 

I spent the better part of my real estate career in Calgary where we saw a boom and bust cycle every 4 to 6 years. As sure as the boom was to come, the bust was right behind it and we had to adapt quickly to a changing market to ensure our clients biggest assets were well taken care of.
