I have a tendency to get geeky when it comes to statistics for your area, knowledge is power when it comes to selling over 600 homes in 15 years. Understanding what has sold and having the expertise to accurately price your property based on experience and Kelowna real estate market knowledge, will help you to be priced right and sell and not to be priced wrong and wait.

Pricing is our biggest marketing tool, it isn't photos and fancy video (although those certainly help), ultimately if the potential buyer doesn't relate the price (value) back to the product by way of the marketing then we haven't done our job. You can have the most beautiful home on the block, be priced incorrectly and still sit and not sell.
